About

A practice built for engagement arguments that never end in meetings

Data Analytics Hub started when product and analytics leads kept flying past each other over the same dashboard numbers. We exist to settle those arguments with evidence, plain language, and remediation that engineers can schedule.

Where we work from

Our office address is in Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do. Much of the engagement review happens remotely across Korea Standard Time, with travel arranged when a readout or workshop benefits from being in the same room.

Clients are typically product organizations shipping analytics dashboards, internal reporting apps, or customer-facing insight products who need an outside eye on engagement measurement — not another vendor pitch for a new analytics stack.

How we approach engagements

We begin with the decisions stakeholders must make, then walk backward into events, definitions, and chart design. We document assumptions in the same language your team already uses for the product. Recommendations are ordered by severity and effort so sprint planning is possible without us in the room.

  • Signal over spectacle Engagement tiles earn their place only when someone owns the response to a change.
  • Vocabulary first Naming disagreements are treated as product risks, not cosmetic cleanup.
  • Leave the map Every engagement ends with artifacts your next hire can read without a tribal briefing.

People you will meet

Hyeonseo Lim · Practice lead

Hyeonseo spent a decade inside product analytics teams for reporting tools before founding Data Analytics Hub. She leads Product Engagement Audits, facilitates reporting narrative workshops, and insists every finding cite a concrete product moment.

Junwoo Han · Measurement associate

Junwoo reviews event catalogs, prepares cohort windows that match B2B usage rhythms, and drafts the remediation checklists engineers receive after a readout. He joins taxonomy and retention signal engagements as primary analyst.
