These Terms govern access to the website dataanalyticshub.digital and the consulting engagements offered by Data Analytics Hub (“we”, “us”). By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request paid work. Organizational buyers represent that they have authority to bind their organization.

Services described

Engagements such as Product Engagement Audits, taxonomy reviews, workshops, and retention assessments are professional consulting services. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written scope confirmation or statement of work controls the deliverables, timeline, and fees for any paid engagement.

No software license

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, we do not license software products, grant platform access, or process payments for digital goods through this website.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our pre-existing methods remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use engagement deliverables internally for your business. You may not resell our templates as a competing consulting product. Materials you supply remain yours; you grant us permission to use them solely to perform the engagement.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of exports and access you provide, for obtaining any internal approvals required to share data, and for decisions you make based on our recommendations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from consulting advice. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Korea shall hear disputes arising from these Terms or our engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use. Active statements of work are amended only by written agreement.
