Audit process

Four stages from murky board to actionable map

The Product Engagement Audit follows a fixed sequence so your team knows when interviews happen, when silence means synthesis, and when the readout lands.

Briefing & access

You send the prep packet — event catalog, sample screens, hashed exports, known incidents — and we schedule walkthroughs with product, engineering, and a report consumer. No production write access required. Gaps in documentation become early findings rather than blockers.

Signal review

We compare how engagement is spoken about in product meetings with what events and charts actually encode. Journey maps highlight moments that matter for retention but emit nothing, and moments that emit noise without a decision owner.

Synthesis

Findings are grouped by severity and effort. You receive a draft engagement map before the readout so corrections can land early. We do not surprise stakeholders with unverified claims in a live session.

Readout & handoff

A ninety-minute session walks leadership and builders through the map, then leaves a shareable document and remediation checklist. Optional follow-on coaching is quoted separately if you want implementation company after the handoff.

What you prepare

Teams that assemble exports and audience notes before kickoff finish faster. Our field note on preparing exports lists the minimum packet.

Start with the flagship audit
